She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Reed and Mary Reed (Griner); and her siblings, Bruce, Gene, Ed, Dale Reed, Lena K. George, Mary VanHoosier and Eleanor Zigler.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Reed Sr. of Norman, Floyd Mathis of Madison, Everett Mathis (Karen) of Greensburg and Paulina Kay Rogers (Matt) of Columbus; and her brothers, Omar Reed of Nashville, Charles Reed of Hope and James Reed of Morgantown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Helen through the funeral home to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
