She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Head and Annie Head (Riddle); her husband Albert L. Benbow; her daughters, Diane Nelson, Christine Saylor Lossiah and Helen Wanda Benbow; her siblings, Herman Head, Herbert Head, James Garfield Head, Robert Head, Mavis West, Bonnie Young and Jeanette Bussburg; and her grandchildren, David Saylor and Glenn Waire.
She is survived by: her children, Viola Lane of Westport, Bonnie Hardebeck of Greensburg, Evelyn Beaty of Williford, Arkansas and Albert G. Benbow of Michigan City, Indiana. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
