He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea D. Callahan of Columbus, OH, Candy Myrick of North Vernon and Dena Ann Sudhop of Venice, FL; his brother Lloyd Callahan of Kentucky; his granddaughters, Misty Myrick and Sarah Sudhop; and his great grandchild Addie Mae Myrick.
