He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brooks and Bessie Brooks (Bays); his wife Laura "Laurie" Pratt; and his sister Brenda Calandro. He is survived by: his children, Burt D. Brooks (Angie) of Butlerville, Abigail C. Brooks of Bowling Green and Jessica R. Brooks (Joseph Jenkins) of Madison; his siblings, Willam Brooks (Phyllis) of Uniontown, Mike Brooks (Phyllis) of Butlerville, Ralph Brooks of Arizona, Minnie Roberts of Cleveland and Lois McKeand (Jim) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Addison Richart of Seymour, Wilson Richart of Lexington, Thompson Richart of Lexington, Ryker Glen Brooks of Madison, Gracyn Brooks of Butlerville, Colton Viel of Milan and Kelsie Cuellar of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Kenneth, Daelynn and Asher. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be made in honor of Glen through the funeral home to the Lions Eye Bank.
