He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Olmstead; his wife Nancy Amick of North Vernon; his children, Terry Amick (Pamela) of Scottsburg, Jeff Amick (Angie) of Lexington, IN, Tyler "T. J." and Jill Collins (Don) of Lexington, IN; his brother William "Bill" Amick of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Andrew, Matt, Kylie, Josh, Elyse Amick, Ashley, Gavin and Mia Collins; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Ben Amick and Mason Collins.
