She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hartwell and Ella Hartwell (Long); her husband Wesley "Jack" Combest; her grandson Devan Combest; and her siblings, Bernard, Lewis, Stanley, Harold Hartwell and Faye Lockard.
She is survived by: her sons, Lesley W. Combest (Robin) of North Vernon and Wesley J. Combest (Jamie) of Seymour; her grandchildren, Sandra Combest of North Vernon, Audrey of Seymour, Tiffany Combest of Seymour and Shannon Jones of Columbus; and her great grandchild Parker Jones of Columbus.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the North Vernon First Church of the Nazarene.
