He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Green. He is survived by: his son Nick Green of North Vernon; his mother Ola Curry of North Vernon; his sisters, Robin Zumhingst (Steve) of Seymour, Amy Ellis (David) of Indianapolis and Rhonda Glenn (Cameron) of Columbus; and his nieces and nephews, Clayton Zumhingst of Seymour, Kyle Stark (Maria) of Mexico and Ashley Glenn of Columbus.

Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the K-9 Unit of the North Vernon Police Department.
