Elmer Howard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, at the age of 92, Elmer Howard of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Howard and Lidia Howard (Couch); his wife Neva Mann; and his siblings, Nelson, Earl, Jim Howard and Marybell Caldwell.

He is survived by: his sons, Joe Howard (Tammy) of North Vernon and Christopher Howard of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Kyle Howard (Amanda) of North Vernon, Caleb Howard (Arlena) of North Vernon, Krista Kay Haggerty (Nate) of Edinburgh and Bryant Howard (Hannah) of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Hadley of North Vernon, Natalie Hadley of North Vernon, Jacob Howard of North Vernon, Kaylee Haggerty of Edinburgh, Piper Haggerty of Edinburgh and Paisley Haggerty of Edinburgh.
