She is survived by: her parents, Terry Zornes and Beverly Kay Zornes (Seal) of North Vernon; her husband Gary Gootee; her daughter Kassi Pennycuff (Steven) of North Vernon; her sister Kelly Simmons of North Vernon; and her grandchildren, Makenzie of North Vernon, Branson of North Vernon and Evan Pennycuff of North Vernon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265).
