He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Bill" D. Hines and Zella Mae Hines (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Georgia A. Hines (McNamee); his children, Euneice "Neecy" A. Rohrs (Gary Rohrs) of Columbia City, IN, Charles "Chuck" E. Hines (Tammy R.), Ronald "Ronnie" W. Hines (Ann) and Debra "Deb" S. Haith (Glenn Hait) of Ft. Collins, CO.; and his siblings, Richard D. Hines (Donna) of Frankfort, IN, Larry E. Hines (Carline) of Scipio, IN, Kathy E. Maness (Jim) of Scipio, IN, Randall W. Hines of Scipio, IN. and James W. Hines.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery N. County.
Memorials may be made in honor of Edward through the funeral home to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
