With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Dennis (North Vernon, Indiana), who passed away on March 2, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Johnston and Ada Johnston (Whitlock); her son Jerry Dennis; and her sister Anita Gay Irwin. She is survived by: her husband John Dennis, Jr. of North Vernon; and her sons, Jay Dennis of Tucson, AZ and Jim Dennis of Manhattan, KS. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
