It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Gillespie (North Vernon, Indiana), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on May 10, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Gillespie and Margaret Gillespie (Schoeberline). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gillespie of North Vernon; his children, Sonya Kopitzke (David) of North Vernon and Chris Gillespie (Amanda) of North Vernon; and his brother Donald Gillespie of Van Meter, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
