She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Allen and Dorothy Allen (Morgenroth); her husband Jerry Carmickle; and her son Robert Carmickle. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Carmickle of Scipio and David Carmickle of Greensburg; and her siblings, Howard Allen of French Lick and Shirley Allen of Indianapolis. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
