She was predeceased by: her parents, William Haller and Anna Haller; her husband William Haase; and her daughter Leora "Chris" Collins. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Haase (Sandra) of Sneedville, Tennessee, Larry Haase (Fran) of Sneedville, Tennessee, Jason Haase (Tina) of Sneedville, Tennessee, Tammy Madden (Johnathan Lueders) of North Vernon, Indiana, Robin Spicer of North Vernon, Indiana and Crystal Collins of North Vernon, Indiana; and her sister Maryanne Goudy of St. Louis, Missouri. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and forty-four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Goins Chapel Church in Sneedville, Tennessee.
