He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Graper and Eva James Graper; his children, Timothy James Graper and Melissa Sampson; his siblings, Ralph, Kenny, Robert, Ernie Graper, Marilyn Herr and Judy Miller; and his grandson Robert Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Poer; his daughter Karen Brooks (Robert) of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Tim Graper (Tae) of Texas, Robert Brooks of Texas, Antonio Terranova III (Morgan) of Hayden, Autumn Hood (James) of North Vernon, Amanda Moore of North Vernon, Cassandra Hughes of Missouri and Tabitha Palmer of Missouri.
Memorials may be made in honor of Donald through the funeral home to the First Christian Church.
