It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Wood of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Hanover, Indiana, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Perry and Jessie Elizabeth Wood (Schloe); his siblings, Tom, Bill Wood, Mary Giltner and Lottie Young; and his grandson Jeremy Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Marie Wood (Kidwell); his children, Nancy Brooks (Jack) of North Vernon and Terry Wood (Julie) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Christopher Brooks (Karen) of North Vernon, Pamela Stuckwisch (Brad) of Seymour and Dr. Katie McPherson (Brice) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Taylor Stuckwisch of Seymour, Riley, Allie Brooks of North Vernon and James Rowan McPherson of Nashville, Tennessee..
