She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bowen and Mary Deloris Bowen (Hines); her husband William Robert Dean Sr.; her daughter Cindy Lou Dean; her siblings, David, Lloyd, Robert Bowen, Betty Lou Dean and Beulah Collins; and her grandsons, Ernest Pittman and John Blount Jr..
She is survived by: her children, William Robert Dean Jr. of North Vernon, Darren Lee Dean of North Vernon, Debby Elliott (Mike) of Lawrenceburg and Melody Halfacre of North Vernon; and her brother Richard Bowen (Marlena) of St. Paul. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; sixty great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Oak Grove Cemetery N. County.
Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home in honor of Delorse to the Arthritis Foundation.
