He is survived by: his children, Candice Murray (Marcus) of Grayson, Amber Reeves (Logan) of Helena, Hannah Adams of Madison, Indiana and Cody Adams of Mooresville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Makena Adams, Kylie Warnock, Maddie Murray, Owen Reeves and Lincoln Adams; his parents, Thomas Adams (Jean) of Oakland City, Indiana and Jeri Spilman of Raceland, Kentucky; and his siblings, Jeffrey Adams, Tommy Adams (Jennifer) of Oakland City, Indiana, Brooke Staten (Bobby) of Raceland, Kimberly Spilman of Raceland and Meredith Bysarovich (Derek) of Oakland, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
