He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Margie Velma Campfield Frietzsche. He is survived by: his spouse Mercedita Salazar; his children, William D. "Billy" Frietzsche (Christina) of Martinsville, Nicholas "Nick" Frietzsche Sr (Jessica) and Alice Foga (Trent) of North Vernon; his stepsons, Jefferson Dayrit (Annalyn) and Jonathan Dayrit (Pinky); his son Eddie Brandewiede of North Vernon; his sisters, Amber Lange, Parrish Lange of North Vernon and Christine Lange (Larry Cleavenger) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Kayla of Martinsville, Cheyenne of Martinsville, Hailey Frietzsche of Martinsville, Jacob of Indianapolis, Chloe of Indianapolis, Nick Frietzsche Jr. of Indianapolis, Chase Martin of Indianapolis, Justin Cornett of Indianapolis, Ricky Wood of North Vernon, Jesslyn, Ania and Amber Dayrit; and his great grandchild Blaze Wood of North Vernon.
