He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Bannister and Alberta Bannister (Reece). He is survived by: his son David Tyler Bannister (Kristen) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Brady David Bannister of North Vernon and Kali Thompson of North Vernon; his brothers, Steven Bannister (Joyce) of Scipio, Gary Bannister (Shelia) of North Vernon and Mark Bannister (Allison) of Indianapolis; his nephews, Brian, Michael, Jared, Noah and Joshua; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Logan, Bradley, Landon, Brooklyn, Breeanna and Savannah.
