With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dana Cresse Hillen of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Richard and Margaret Ann Hillen (Kuntz); his daughter Christina Carbone; and his brother Tony Hillen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Higginbotham of North Vernon; his children, John David Hillen (Sharon) of Germantown, Douglas Hillen of Hollywood, Matthew Hillen (Amy) of Morristown and Mackenzie Hillen of North Vernon; and his siblings, John Hillen (Kathy) of North Vernon, Charles Hillen (Phil) of Concord, Tami Brown of North Vernon, Frances Leonard (Robert) of North Vernon, Mary Vincent (James) of Columbus, Margaret Fouts of Columbus and Ann Compton of Franklin.

Memorials may be made in honor of Dana through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
