She is survived by: her parents, Tommy Gambrel and Hazel Gambrel (Bays) of Butlerville; her husband Frank Starnes; her children, Natasha Starnes of North Vernon, Megan Starnes of North Vernon and Dustin Gambrel of Butlerville; and her siblings, Tim Gambrel (Sherry Branham) of North Vernon, Trish Wells of North Vernon and Tommy Gambrel (Candy) of North Vernon.
