Henry; her daughter Alexa L. Henry of North Vernon, IN; her sister Melissa D. Crabtree (Lisa) of Lexington, IN; her stepmother Mary E. Hodge; her stepsister Tadgi A. DeBerg of Buffalo, NY; her half-brother Wayne Breeden of Erlanger, KY; and her stepchildren, Jessica Rudewick of San Antonio, TX, Joshua L. Henry of San Antonio, TX and John A. Henry of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and several cousins.
