Combs Jr.; her daughter Rachelle Hess (Nick); her grandmother Frieda Jewell Jackson of Salem; her stepdaughter Tehona "Tia" Neal (William "Billy" Waltermire) of North Vernon; her stepgrandchildren, Daisy Hornback of Paris Crossing, Brooklyn Hornback of Paris Crossing, Halo Neal of Columbus, Nevaeh Neal of North Vernon, Brian Waltermire, Michael Waltermire, Brooke Waltermire of Nicholas Waltermire, K. W, Quentin Waltermire of Commiskey and Chadwick Waltermire of Commiskey; her daughter Hailey Tinsley; and her grandfather Kerney Jewell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Mt. Hebron Cemetery (8802 E Mt Hebron Rd, Scottsburg, IN 47170).
