He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Hulse; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Betty Fletcher, Mary Hulse and Mary Boyd.

He is survived by: his mother Patty Owens (Fletcher) of North Vernon; his children, Dawson Brady of North Vernon, Kiva Dior of North Vernon, Cody Dior of North Vernon and Aleah Dior of North Vernon; his brother Timothy Hulse (Carmen) of North Vernon; his close friend Michelle Betts; and the mother of his children Tracey Dior. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; one great-niece; and one great-nephew.
