He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Jr. Treadway and Betty Treadway (Loudermilk); and his son Timothy Treadway. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Treadway of Kearny, AZ; his sister Tonia Gard of Brownstown; and his grandchildren, Anna Holyoak (Jeremy) of Kearny, AZ, Nicholas Treadway of Seymour and Ariel Treadway.
