She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her daughters, Peggy Bush (Kamron) of North Vernon and Karen McNally (Timmy) of Brownstown; her siblings, Roy Lee Collins (Penny) of Butlerville, Judy Spurlock (Roark) of Moores Hill and Pauline Cyrus Richter (Dallas) of Aurora; and her close friend Connie Arnett of Osgood. She is also survived by 3 grand children and 5 great grandchildren.
