He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalyn Haag. He is survived by: his father Carroll Haag (Curly); his girlfriend Coleen Shelton; his brother Jeffrey Haag (Sheila); and his grandchildren, Adison Patton, Maggie Patton (Maxx) and Jada Douglas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
