She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Wells and Lillian Wells (James); her husband Phillip Wayne Rayburn; her daughter Lisa Dawn Lovegrove; and her sister Janie Burkhalter (Down Ham).
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Lynn Hauersperger (Jamie) of North Vernon; her stepson Tommy Rayburn (Jennifer) of North Vernon; her sister Rosalita Lucas of Madison; and her nieces and nephews, Tia Davidson (Jerry Gabor) of North Vernon, Linda Biehle (Mike) of North Vernon, Della Herche (Jon) of Elizabethtown, David Grant of Madison and Cory Grant of Madison.
Memorials may be made in honor of Carolyn through the funeral home to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
