He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Galyen and Mary Galyen (Tomlinson); his spouse Beverly Jo Galliher; his sons, Jeremy Lee and John Andrew "Andy" Galyen; and his siblings, John, Eugene Galyen, Donna Corya and Bonnie Graham.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Galliher (Melinda) of North Vernon; his siblings, Eddie Galyen (Cathy) of Texas, Larry Galyen of Columbus and Cheryl Creech of Seymour; his grandchildren, Blake Galyen of Reddington, Breanne Galyen of Reddington, Christopher Galliher of Deputy and Jared Galliher (Kaylee Stidham) of Deputy; and his great grandchild Clover Jade Horton of Deputy.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in honor of Wayne through the funeral home for expenses.
