It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Edward Ball Sr. (North Vernon, Indiana), born in Bryson City, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lillie Kasting; and also George Kasting. He is survived by: his wife Lanora Ball; his children, Allen Ball (Jenny), Carla Wheeler (Gene), Carl Ball Jr (Paula), Thomas Ball (Evi), Eric Ball (Brenda), Laura Weekly (Chris) and Adam Ball; his stepchildren, Joey Howard, Jeremy Howard, Beth McDole and Becky Fleener; and his siblings, Vinson Ball, Ernie Ball, Janette Foster and Gail Cravens. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several step grandchildren.
