She was predeceased by: her parents, James Derby and Rae Derby (Hearne); and her sister Melanie Hall (John). She is survived by: her husband Tom L. Franks of North Vernon; her children, Russell Franks (Angel) and Melissa Stoner (Dale Ramey); her grandchildren, Russell Franks, Crystell Franks, Tommy Franks, Jacob Ramey and Myranda Stoner; her nephew Matt; and her niece Mariah Hall.
