She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley and Millie Davis (Clark); her husband Loyd T. Fletcher Sr.; her son Loyd T. Fletcher Jr.; and her sister Barbara Goodwin.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Fletcher (Renee) of Cincinnati, Anthony L. Fletcher (Patricia) of Blocher, Marshall W. Fletcher (Eva) of North Vernon, Rodney D. Fletcher (Mary) of North Vernon, Steven E. Fletcher (Mary) of North Vernon, Terry R. Fletcher (Anna) of North Vernon, Lori J. Taylor (Melvin) of Freetown, Patricia K. Owens (Brian) of North Vernon and Rebecca A. McHaley (Troy) of North Vernon; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Fletcher of North Vernon. She is also survived by forty-one grandchildren; ninety-seven great-grandchildren; and seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Betty through the funeral home to the Scipio United Methodist Church Building Fund.
