She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Voyd and Lucille Whiteaker (Richardson); her husbands, Paul Dugan, Jimmie D. Simmons and Roger Euler; her son Michael Dee Simmons; and her brother Don "Pinky" Whiteaker.
She is survived by: her grandson James Simmons of North Vernon; her daughter-in-law Brenda Simmons of North Vernon; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Whiteaker of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Betty through the funeral home to Vernon Presbyterian Church.
