It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Ritchie of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Collins and Velma Collins (Miller); her spouse Zebedee Ritchie Jr.; her daughter Peggy Sue Ritchie; her stepfather Clint Williams; and her siblings, Donald, Homer, Paul, Walter Williams and Leora Pointer.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Ritchie (Kimberly) of Columbus, John David Ritchie of Muncie, Darren Keith Ritchie (Shelly) of Vernon, Catherine Ann Ritchie of North Vernon, Melinda Kay Kuntz (Mark) of North Vernon and Tanya Renee Kuntz of North Vernon; and her siblings, Steve Williams of Lovett, Danny Williams (Mary) of North Vernon, Enola Padgett of Dupont and Marie Cross of Seymour. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Barbara through the funeral home to Chestnut Street Community Worship Center or Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana.
