He is survived by: his parents, Millard Smith and Marla Smith (Collins); his siblings, Delaney Smith of North Vernon, Jessica Box of Madison, Joseph Smith of North Vernon and Erik Smith of Kentucky; and his grandmother Linda Collins of Vevay. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
