He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Davis and Bertha Davis (Hunt); and his brothers, Dorsey Davis (Darlene) of North Vernon and Robert Davis. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Harding; his daughters, Susan Tormoehlen (Greg) of Seymour and Patricia Davis of North Vernon; his sister Doris Jones of Denison, Texas; and his grandchildren, Nathan Tormoehlen (Christy) of Seymour, Scott Tormoehlen (Amanda) of Seymour and Erica Tormoehlen (Kevin) of Indianapolis.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Will to the Alzheimer's Association.
