It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Dale Lucas of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on November 25, 2024, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dale Lucas and Diana Gail Perdue Fugate; his former wife Ashley Shepherd Lucas; his stepfather Bruce Loesch; his brother Andrew Lucas; his grandparents, Bessie Francis, William Owen Perdue, Clinton and Dorothy Lucas; and his aunt Sharon Lovins.
He is survived by: his sons, Drake and Brody Lucas of North Vernon; and his siblings, Angela Lucas, Mark Lucas and Kim Loesch.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Mr. Lucas memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to the family.
