It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Clifton Johnston of North Salem, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Atwell and Mary Johnston (McElwee); his brother Earl Johnston; and his granddaughter Taylor Marshell Johnston. He is survived by: his father-in-law Owen Woody; his wife Sonnie Johnston of North Salem, IN; his son Brett Johnston (Grace); his brother John Johnston (Bekki) of Marion, IN; his sister-in-law Sharon Johnston of Bloomingdale, IN; and his grandchildren, Brittney Bannister (Cory), Jamie Martin (Josh), Gavin Johnston, Colby Johnston, Ally Smith (Lukas) and Jason Chittenden (Amber). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Wheeler Mission in Indianapolis.
