It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Thomas Moxley of North Salem, Indiana, born in Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Milburn and Florence Matilda Moxley; his cousin Junior Bennett; his nephews, David, Kevin and Jim; and his grandson Chris.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Andy (Andrea) and Cheryl (Mark); his grandchildren, Kevin, Matt (Danielle), Lauren, Sara (Kyle), Mariah, Savannah, Tessa and Gabby; and his great grandchildren, Jaidyn, Landon, Blakely and Willow Grey.
