He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Oliver and Helen Oliver (Stultz); his former wife Mary Catherine Cobb; his sons, Melvin, Stacy and Russell; and his siblings, Vivian Dillman, Charlene Foster, Jack and Steven Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ebert; his children, Teresa Whitt (Jim), Tina Bradley (Ron) and Andy Oliver; and his stepdaughters, Melani Macy (Dane) and Lori Ashby. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
