He is survived by: his wife Gayle Swihart; his daughter Casey Wade (Seth); his sisters, Jody Hall and Betsy Eller; and his grandchildren, Rosalynn, Harper, Izzie, Nola, Willa, Millie, Belle, Wilson and Lacey.
