He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Willard and Minnie Mabel Callaway (Wise); his wife Doris May Callaway; his children, James Callaway, Rosemary Callaway and Elizabeth Callaway; and his siblings, Kenneth Wise Calloway, Robert Dale Calloway, William James Callaway, Donald Wayne Callaway, Genevieve Jean Biggs and Ruth Ann Hipsher.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Callaway (Sylvia), David Callaway (Pam), Thomas Callaway (Miriam), Mark Callaway (Caroline), Phillip Callaway (Natalie), Timothy Callaway, Martha Miller (David), Rebecca Brown (Ronald), Sarah Root (Reuben), Rachel Flory (Kent) and Ruth Callaway; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Kenneth Shively (Patty), Marie Blocher Baker of Rossville, Leona Skiles of Rossville, Shirley Shively and Evelyn Shively Sarver.
