She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Patkus and Ruth Patkus; her husband Jack Pugh; her son-in-law Bob Hacker; and her great grandchild Ari.
She is survived by: her brother Charles Patkus (Beth); and her children, Chris Haecker, Jack Pugh (Susan), Jean Stavedahl (Rick) and Steve Pugh (Lea). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
