With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosaline Louise Ulrey of North Manchester, Indiana, born in Walton, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlie Burdette and Edna Rosette Howard (Umbarger); her husband Wallace Ulrey; her brothers, Duane Burdette Howard and Hobert Eldon Howard; her granddaughters, Shawnee Ulrey and Michelle Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Sturdevant and Matthew Reddick.

She is survived by: her sons, David Ulrey (Paula), Stephen "Steve" Ulrey (Mary Jane) and Jerald "Jerry" Ulrey (April Lynn).
