He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Burdett and Anne Gerber (Boyd); and his brothers, Carl Gerber and Phillip Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Fox (Tim), Christopher Gerber, Brian Hill and Lafayette; and his brother Kenneth L. Gerber.
