He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Fountain Stout and Lela Dale Strout (Crouse); his wife Elizabeth LaVonne Mitchell; his children, Robert Alan Stout of Columbus and Cheryl Ann Allen (Charles) of Silver Lake; his grandchildren, Ashley Trusty (Arron) of Silver Lake, Eric Hile of Mentone, Erin Allen of North Manchester and Addison Allen of Silver Lake; his great grandchildren, Alexander Trusty, Nathan Trusty, Chloe Trusty, Kent Trusty and Sophia Hile; and his sister Tina Faye Jordan.
