It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Herbert of North Manchester, Indiana, born in Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Proffitt and Nollie Harris (Minton); her brother Jackie Minton; and her son-in-law Mark Houlihan. She is survived by: her husband Logan A. Herbert; and her children, David Fisher, Dianna "Joy" Hoffman (Dan), Regina Kilty (Dave) and Janice Houlihan.
