Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Max LaMar Metzger (North Manchester, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 87, on March 20, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Metzger and Mae Ellen Metzger (Niccum); his siblings, Leon, Eldon, Mark, Delmar, Wilmer Metzger, Catherine Metzger, Esther Blocher (Billie) and Leona Acord; and his sister-in-law Virginia Ann Popejoy (Kenneth).
He is survived by: his wife Irene Metzger; his children, Dennis Metzger, Steve Metzger and Dinah Ketrow (Max); and his in-laws, Agatha Metzger, Janet Metzger, Leanna Stouder, Ruby Metzger (Leroy) and Ernie Acord.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the McKee Mortuary (1401 W State Rd 114, North Manchester, IN 46962). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
