She is survived by: her husband Forrest Howard; her daughters, Shara Eubank (Ed) of North Manchester, Sandy Howard of North Manchester, Gina Sizemore (Tom) of North Manchester and Baliegh Nicole Howard; and her siblings, Ronald Chafin and Joann Marcum.
